Vision

To ensure that every rider or equestrian practitioner in Canada has integrated play into their learning and that horseball is used as an educational tool as much as a competitive game or sport for horse and rider.

Mission

Promote the growth and influence of the sports community while ensuring excellence, personal development and interpersonal development.

Values

Our actions are guided by strong values such as Inclusion, Respect, Nature, Encounter, Complicity, Passion, Horse Culture and Discipline. These values make it possible to create a supportive equestrian community, respectful of the environment and where everyone can flourish in their equestrian practice, whether beginner or confirmed. The association opens its doors to all horse enthusiasts and advocates a rigorous, respectful and benevolent equestrian practice towards the animal and other members of the community.

Our activities

The association organizes from April to November a competitive and friendly provincial circuit, over several meeting days.

Events are organized year-round, including clinics and demonstrations, training offered to referees, coaches and players, and social events (gala, fundraisers).

The AHBQ is in charge of evaluating and proposing players to Canada Horseball to represent Canada at international tournaments or clinics that take place in different countries, which gives our members the opportunity to meet other discipline.

In recent years, our members have traveled together to the United States (2014), Brazil (2015), Portugal (2016), Mexico (2017), Guadeloupe (2019) and France (2022).
